1. About Tamraght Cooking Class
Tamraght Cooking Class provides Moroccan cooking classes and culinary experiences in Tamraght, near Taghazout and Agadir, Morocco.
Our experiences may include Moroccan cooking classes, private cooking experiences, Moroccan mint tea and traditional food experiences, market tours and cooking experiences, and Msemen cooking experiences.
The experiences are hosted locally and are designed for travelers who want to discover Moroccan cuisine, traditions and hospitality.
2. Bookings
A booking request may be submitted through our website, email, WhatsApp or another communication channel provided by Tamraght Cooking Class.
A booking is considered confirmed only after Tamraght Cooking Class has confirmed the requested date, time and number of participants.
Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee availability.
We reserve the right to request additional information necessary to organize your experience.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed on the website in euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary depending on the experience, group size, private arrangements, additional services or special requests.
Tamraght Cooking Class reserves the right to update prices at any time. Any price already confirmed for an existing booking will not be changed without the customer’s agreement.
4. Experience Duration
Most cooking experiences last approximately 2–3 hours, although the actual duration may vary depending on the experience selected, group size, market visit or other circumstances.
Customers should arrive at the agreed meeting point at the confirmed time.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information.
- Arrive on time.
- Inform us in advance about food allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions.
- Follow reasonable safety and hygiene instructions during the cooking experience.
- Respect the host, other participants and the premises.
- Behave responsibly throughout the experience.
Failure to follow safety instructions or disruptive behaviour may result in the experience being terminated without a refund.
6. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Customers must inform us of any allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions before the experience.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements when informed in advance.
However, because cooking may take place in an environment where different ingredients are handled, we cannot guarantee that an experience will be completely free from traces of allergens.
Customers with serious or life-threatening allergies should contact us before booking so that we can determine whether the experience is suitable.
7. Vegetarian, Vegan and Other Dietary Options
Vegetarian, vegan and certain other dietary options may be available depending on the selected experience.
Customers should communicate their requirements at the time of booking or as early as possible before the experience.
8. Changes to a Booking
Requests to change the date, time or number of participants should be made as early as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
A change is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed by Tamraght Cooking Class.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund conditions are described in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By making a booking, you acknowledge and accept that policy.
10. Cancellation by Tamraght Cooking Class
In exceptional circumstances, Tamraght Cooking Class may need to cancel or modify an experience.
Possible reasons may include circumstances beyond our reasonable control, safety concerns, illness, severe weather, operational problems or other circumstances that make the experience impractical or unsafe.
Where we cancel an experience, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date or another appropriate solution.
Where applicable, customers may be entitled to a refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
Certain experiences, particularly market-related activities, may be affected by weather, local conditions, public events or circumstances outside our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to continue the experience safely or offer a suitable alternative.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, photographs, menus, dishes, ingredients, schedules and descriptions may occasionally vary depending on seasonal availability, local conditions and the selected experience.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to an experience without materially changing its nature.
